MOORESBURG, TENNESSEE – Malaki and Justin Grizzle, newborn twins, died Monday, February 17 and Saturday, February 15, 2020, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. They were born in Knoxville, Tennessee. They are survived by their parents, Ryan Grizzle and Maggie Williams; two brothers, Ryan Matthew Odell Grizzle and Bentley Grizzle; paternal grandmother, Angie Mullins; and maternal grandmother, Tracy Williams. Graveside Services and Interment for Malaki and Justin Grizzle will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2020, in Meade Cemetery in Castlewood, Virginia with Rev.
